CLT Communications uses DSL to provide you with a high speed Internet experience that is up to 50 times faster than dial up Internet service.

DSL allows an “always on” connection over your existing telephone line with no interference with your voice calling.  There is no need to dedicate a telephone line to Internet use. 

Residential High Speed Internet Packages:

Postini spam filtering and one email account are included in the High Speed Internet Service.  You also receive free internet technical support, and 1 MB web space for your personal home page.

Service Information and Requirements:

- The computer must have a NIC/Ethernet card or USB port

- A filter is required on each line going to a telephone.  Three of these filters are provided at no charge with this service.  Additional filters may be purchased for $4.95 each.

- The “always on” nature of DSL means your computer is connected to the outside world and vulnerable to attack by outside sources.  To help secure your computer we highly recommend you use an Internet security suite.  CLT Communications offers SecureIT Plus service by Security Coverage to provide this security.
